Standard Shipping (Free Australia-Wide)

All orders include free standard shipping across Australia. Once your order is dispatched, it will typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

Express Shipping (Optional)

Need it faster? Express shipping is available on request for an additional cost. Just email us at support@tulipstar.com.au before placing your order and we’ll and we'll do our best to assist you.

International Shipping

We don’t offer international shipping just yet — but we’re working on it. If you're overseas and keen to get your hands on Tulip Star pieces, please  get in touch and we’ll see try to work something out.

Order Process

Order Processing Time 

Orders are typically processed within 2-3  business day from the date of purchase. Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons or promotional events.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package. You can track your order by visiting the provided tracking link. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

Shipping may be delayed or unavailable to certain remote areas. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at support@tulipstar.com.au within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address.  Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
