Our warranty policy applies to all Tulip Star jewellery .
All of our jewellery is hand-crafted according to the highest standard and is quality checked before we send it to you.
In the unlikely case of a faulty item, Tulip Star offers a One Year warranty starting from the date the jewellery is delivered to you. This warranty specifically covers any manufacturing faults however excludes damages caused by wear and tear, oxidisation, and broken chains.
It’s important to note that this warranty does not cover lost, damaged, or chipped stones or crystals.
