At Tulip Star  we pride ourselves on delivering high quality, ethically sourced and handcrafted jewellery. Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

How it works at Tulip Star:

30-Day Wear-With-Confidence Guarantee (Limited Time Only): Try your jewellery for 30 days. If you don’t love it, return it for a full refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

After 30 days: Returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect (covered by our 1-Year Warranty).

 

How to Start a Return:

Email us at support@tulipstar.comau  to kick things off. We’ll provide the return address and simple instructions to help get your jewellery  back to us.
Please don’t send anything without contacting us first — we can’t accept unapproved returns.

2. damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

under australian consumer law, you're entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. if you change your mind, our standard 30-day return policy applies (see above).
 

5. refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the  refund is  approved . If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support @tulipstar.com.au
